Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions, in-store and over the phone.
• Support the experiences team by handling bookings, guest records, and store traffic flow, and upsell services.
• Answer salon phone calls, resolve guest concerns, and assist with transactions and exchanges.
• Inform guests about current promotions and events and invite them to try services.
• Maintain compliance with policies, cleanliness, and safety standards; attend trainings.
