Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into villas and review property amenities and local activities.
• Answer calls and route to proper department; resolve guest requests.
• Identify room features and assist with bellman/runner duties as needed.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and safety procedures.
