Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review amenities, hours, and local activities.
• Listen and respond to guests' questions and requests; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Explain room features to guests (e.g., room key, ice and vending areas).
• Follow up to ensure requests/problems are resolved to guests' satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route to proper departments as applicable.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on location.
