Responsibilities

• Check guests into villas and explain amenities, hours of operation, and local activities.
• Respond to guests' questions and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Answer calls and route to the appropriate department.
• Assist training of new associates and support hourly staff as needed.
• Greet guests professionally and maintain high service standards.
