Job summary

Mandara Spas is seeking a Concierge to support front-of-house operations, greet guests, and provide information and homecare services. A strong emphasis on courtesy, professionalism, and guest satisfaction is required.

The role requires solid phone etiquette, excellent listening and verbal communication, and basic computer skills, including familiarity with common office equipment. High school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience answering phones in a customer oriented environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems (Book4Time desirable).
• Computer literate with good typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and monitor front of house to ensure guests are met and welcomed.
• Offer a comprehensive range of information and homecare services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and high standards of guest service.
