General RV Center is seeking a Guest Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers and coordinate the final sale with internal teams. You will ensure a seamless, informed, and memorable experience during the purchasing journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience is required.
• People oriented with positive interactions.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess their visit purpose and direct them to the right department.
• Handle incoming calls by routing and providing general company information.
• Process inventory transfers, print and reprint stock tags.
• Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals and notifying teams.
• Create new customer profiles in CAMP and keep records accurate.
• Track dealer license plates used for test drives and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare day-of-delivery tasks, VIP tags, and CAMP navigation.
• Greet customers at delivery, ensure work orders are complete and paid, and hand over keys.
