General RV Center is seeking a Guest Coordinator to be the first and last touchpoint in the RV buying journey. You will greet guests, route inquiries, and coordinate deliveries, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for families.

The role involves updating internal records, managing recalls, and supporting multiple teams to close sales efficiently. A positive, bilingual-leaning candidate with strong organizational skills will thrive in our performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged.
• Retail/customer service experience required.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine purpose of visit.
• Route calls and provide general company information.
• Process inventory and print stock tags.
• Support recall documentation via manufacturer portals.
• Create and maintain customer profiles in CAMP.
• Track dealer license plates used for test drives.
• Coordinate day-of-delivery tasks and VIP needs.
• Greet customers at delivery and ensure all work orders are completed.
