Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred (RV or automotive dealership experience preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service and Crown Club customers in a professional, timely manner.
• Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.
• Take accurate messages for advisors and ensure timely communication.
• Assist with service scheduling as needed.
• Direct customers to proper departments or manufacturer customer care when applicable.
• Process payments and accurately close work orders upon receipt of funds.
• Maintain proper documentation and transaction accuracy.
• Support overall service department communication and flow.
