Job summary

General RV Center in Town of Dover, NY is looking for a Guest Coordinator to be the first and final touchpoint in the RV purchasing journey. You will welcome guests, route them to the appropriate department, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; we offer comprehensive perks and a stable, growth-oriented

Responsibilities

• Track dealer plates for test drives and escalate issues.
• Prepare day-of-delivery tasks and VIP handling.
• Greet customers on delivery and collect payments.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage incoming calls by routing them appropriately and providing general company information.
• Process new and transfer inventory accurately, including printing and reprinting stock tags.
• Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals and notifying internal teams.
• Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.
• Track and log dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.
• Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags, special requests, and CAMP navigation.
• Greet customers during delivery, ensure all work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys while thanking them for their business.

Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• We encourage Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates to apply.
• Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.
• People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Attentiveness, decision-making, adaptability and relationship development are all keys to success in this positions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking is essential.
