General RV Center in Ashland, AL is seeking a Guest Coordinator to be the first and last touchpoint in the RV buying journey. You will welcome guests, assess their visit purpose, route inquiries, and coordinate delivery with internal teams to ensure a seamless, memorable experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Customer service experience required in retail.
• People-oriented; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess visit purpose, and direct them to the right department.
• Route incoming calls and provide general company information.
• Process new and transferred inventory; print stock tags.
• Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals.
• Create and maintain customer profiles in CAMP.
• Track dealer license plates used for test drives and escalate issues.
• Prepare day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags and CAMP navigation.
• Greet customers at delivery, ensure work orders are complete and paid, and hand over keys.
