Job summary

General RV Center in the United States is seeking a Guest Coordinator to be the first and last touchpoint for customers during their RV purchasing journey. This role ensures a seamless, informed, and memorable experience by coordinating the final sale with our internal teams.

You will welcome guests, route inquiries, and support delivery day activities to guarantee satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• We encourage Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates to apply.
• Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.
• People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage incoming calls by routing them appropriately and providing general company information.
• Process new and transfer inventory accurately, including printing and reprinting stock tags.
• Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals and notifying internal teams.
• Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.
• Track and log dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.
• Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags, special requests, and CAMP navigation.
• Greet customers during delivery, ensure all work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys while thanking them for their business.
