HRS Talent Solutions seeks a Guest Services and Reservations Associate for an in-person, full-time role in El Paso, TX. You will assist guests at the desk, handle reservations questions, and coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure accurate information and smooth handoffs.

Candidates should be comfortable speaking with diverse guests, meticulous with records, and able to stay composed during busy periods. Training on the reservation system will be provided.

Formación

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Open to candidates new to guest services.
• Comfortable speaking with diverse guests and teammates.
• Ability to maintain accurate notes and clear handoffs.
• Willing to learn the property’s reservation system and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests at the desk and assist with reservations questions.
• Record requests accurately and coordinate handoffs with the team.
• Provide clear information and updates to guests during the stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed.
• Maintain calm, courteous service during busy periods and shifts.
