Job summary

Plaza Hotel El Paso is seeking a House Person to clean and maintain public hotel areas in line with brand standards and guest service expectations. The role requires flexibility across shifts and standing for extended periods, with occasional holidays and weekends.

Previous housekeeping experience or training is preferred, and a High School diploma is preferred. You will help ensure guest comfort and maintain a clean, welcoming environment across hotel zones.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests courteously.
• Inspect areas and perform cleaning tasks.
• Collect trash from service landings; dispose outside.
• Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
• Transport clean linen to assigned sections.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assistance.
• Work as a room attendant during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
