Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Concierge for the Hotel Paso Del Norte in El Paso, Texas. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, coordinate transportation, and promote local attractions to ensure a memorable stay.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and knowledge of the local area. Previous hospitality experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Help with transportation arrangements
• Manage guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and recommendations.
• Perform scheduled security walks around lobby, hallways, stairwells, and entrances
• Be a visible presence to help deter unauthorized entry or disruptive behavior
