Nexgen Hospitality is seeking a positive Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness. You will answer inquiries, process payments, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Ideal candidates are friendly, customer-oriented, fluent in English, with basic computer skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. This is a full-time on-site role in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Computer literacy and basic payment processing knowledge.
• Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused approach; physically able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities
