Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Ketchum, Idaho is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome guests and provide expert knowledge of the property and local mountain activities. You will check guests in and out, assist with booking activities, record guest feedback, and coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of concierge or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year concierge or customer service experience required.
• Intimate knowledge of local mountain, town activities and events in the area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with guests, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guests’ ability and interests.
• Check guests in or out of the hotel per procedures.
• Record guest complaints or problems and notify appropriate staff.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies and front desk areas.
• Coordinate with other departments for guests' needs and special requirements.
• Maintain cash bank and daily cash settlements.
