Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a friendly Concierge to act as an ambassador for the property and town, offering expert knowledge of amenities and local activities. You will welcome guests, register them, present statements, check credit, and collect payment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of concierge or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guest’s ability/skill level and interest.
• Check guests in or out of hotel in accordance with procedures.
• Record guest complaints or problems and notify staff.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies and front desk/bell closet organization.
• Coordinate with other departments for guests’ needs and special requirements.
• Maintain cash bank and daily settlement procedures.
