Qualifications

• 1 year of concierge or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities based on guest interests and abilities.
• Check guests in and out following procedures.
• Record complaints and notify staff as needed.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with supplies; coordinate with departments.
• Manage cash bank and daily settlements; adhere to policies.
