Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Ketchum, Idaho seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to shuttle guests to local locations, assist the front desk, and support operations. You will be the main liaison for guest transportation and local recommendations.

Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have customer service experience. This regular full-time role offers benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and ski passes.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of guest/customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver guests to local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities while transporting guests.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Check vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks as directed.
• Assist Front Desk in locating lost baggage and handling guest requests.
