• 1 year of concierge or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide expert knowledge of property and local activities.
• Check in/out guests and handle payments as per procedures.
• Record guest complaints and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guests’ needs and maintain front desk operations.
• Assist with supplies and ensure security and safety procedures are followed.
