Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Concierge for Limelight Hotels in Ketchum, Idaho. You will welcome guests, register them, and provide expert knowledge of the property and local activities.

You’ll handle check-ins/outs, present statements, and coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience at our mountain community. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year concierge or customer service experience required.
• Intimate knowledge of local mountain, town activities and events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guests based on interests.
• Check guests in or out following procedures.
• Record guest concerns and notify appropriate staff.
• Maintain front desk areas and assist with supplies.
• Coordinate daily with other departments for guest needs.
• Manage cash bank and daily cash settlements.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed.
• Support other departments during busy times.
