Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 3 years of front desk experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Train and mentor front desk staff on service standards.
• Assist with check-in, check-out and reservations management.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Balance daily transactions and manage billing issues.
• Prepare shift reports for management.
