Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One seeks a proactive Concierge who welcomes guests, shares expert knowledge of our property and local activities, and ensures a seamless arrival experience. You will register guests, present statements, check credit, and collect payment, reporting to the Front Office Manager.

In this seasonal, part‑time role you will coordinate with multiple departments, assist with front desk tasks, fulfill guest requests, maintain order at the front desk and bell closet, and uphold

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year concierge or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities for guests based on their level and interests.
• Check guests in or out following procedures.
• Record guest complaints and notify staff.
• Maintain front desk areas and bell closet; assist with supplies.
• Coordinate daily needs with other departments.
• Manage cash bank and daily cash settlements.
• Follow policies for Concierge Department and Aspen One.
• Assist with emergency and security procedures as directed.
• Complete tasks and assist other departments as business volumes demand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
