AvantStay in Nashville is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and coordinate with hotel teams to deliver an exceptional experience. You will respond to requests, provide concierge services, and ensure smooth operations across front desk and guest services.

The role requires a flexible schedule (7am-3pm or 3-11pm) including weekends, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.

• Provide concierge services including reservations and local recommendations.

• Assist with luggage storage and other guest services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
• Troubleshoot minor tech issues (TV, Wi-Fi, locks).
• Share local area insights to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate with management and maintenance for seamless service.
• Ensure property is well-maintained and welcoming.
