Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Hospitality Service Ambassador to support guest-facing services across hotel areas and partner with multiple departments. The role spans events, resort services, lobby hosting, and VIP club support to ensure a welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, conveying information, delivering items, and maintaining lobby areas while upholding privacy and safety standards. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Age: Must be at least 18 and pass background/drug screen.
• Experience: 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge: Equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system
• Skills: Read/write English; strong verbal and written communication; able to organize and solve problems.
• Hours: Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Autonomy: Able to plan independently and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in lobby and identifies needs.
• Assists guests with directions and inquiries by phone.
• Deliver messages, packages, and items to guest rooms.
• Support events, resort services, VIP club, and restaurant hosting.
• Provide information on room amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain lobby area and equipment.
• Report guest dissatisfaction to account manager.
• Communicate guest needs to departments.
• Follow safety and confidentiality policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.
