Job summary

Bluegreen Vacations Corporation is seeking a Guest Reception Representative to warmly greet visitors, answer calls, and manage guest registrations in the Las Vegas area. You will present a professional image and support Sales, Marketing and Admin teams.

You will follow the Guest Training Manual SOP, assign guests to Sales Representatives, keep Concierge up to date, and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of general office experience preferred.
• Must be able to type 45 words per minute.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Must be willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Understand and follow all processes outlined in the Guest Training Manual SOP.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing and Admin.
• Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms and assist guests with questions.
• Accurately assign guests to a Sales Representative in order of arrival.
• Ensure all information is updated in Concierge from guest registrations promptly.
• Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor as needed.
