The role involves patrolling, monitoring surveillance, responding to incidents, and enforcing hotel policies to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.

Eligible candidates will have a High School diploma, a Guard Card/Level 2 certification, and 2+ years in security. CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum Level 2 certified or Guard Card required.
• 2+ years security experience preferred or required per local standards.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or required per local standards.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to detect and prevent security risks.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems; respond to incidents.
• Investigate disturbances and document findings.
• Escort guests and employees as needed for safety.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Enforce hotel policies to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to guest safety requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in crowd control during events and high occupancy periods.
• Conduct safety checks on fire exits and emergency equipment.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and vandalism.
