Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Level 2 certified or Guard Card required.
• 2+ years security experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required or preferred by local standards.
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to detect and prevent security risks.
• Monitor cameras and alarm systems and respond to incidents.
• Investigate disturbances and document findings in incident reports.
• Escort guests and employees as needed for safety.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Enforce hotel policies to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to guest safety requests with professionalism.
• Assist in crowd control during events and periods of high occupancy.
• Conduct safety checks on exits and emergency equipment.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter crime.
