Job summary

Hotel Paso Del Norte is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and handle reservations with care. You will manage payments, assist guests with luggage, and provide accurate local information.

A focus on courtesy, efficiency, and teamwork will help ensure guest satisfaction and smooth front desk operations. The role requires strong communication, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with major hospitality brands and their processes is preferred (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them into the system.
• Accept payments and manage cash handling with accuracy.
• Respond to reservations questions and guest inquiries via phone and in person.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide local area information.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, policies and safety procedures.
