Qualifications

3+ years of experience in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs with empathy.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations appreciated.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and set a professional tone from the first moment.
Listen attentively to understand each customer's situation and needs.
Guide customers to understand options and connect them with the right service or expert.
Accompany customers through their experience from arrival to smooth hand-off.
Reduce friction by answering questions, resolving concerns, and removing obstacles.
Follow up to ensure customers received needed support and questions are answered.
