Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations or a similar high-touch role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and clear communication.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Hospitality/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a professional tone from first contact.
• Listen, ask questions, and understand each customer’s situation and needs.
• Guide customers to the right TurboTax service or expert with confidence.
• Support customers through their entire in-store experience, ensuring clarity and personal touch.
• Reduce friction, answer questions, resolve concerns, and follow up as needed.
• Represent Intuit TurboTax and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
