Soho House & Co. is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Miami Beach to warmly welcome members and hotel guests, balance cash, and coordinate concierge services. You will be the first contact, handling inquiries, reservations, and payments while staying informed on amenities and policies to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires hospitality, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar or customer-facing role.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume interactions.
• Familiar with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and Opera.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• First contact for members and guests, delivering top-tier service.
• Perform concierge duties: bookings for cars, tickets, reservations.
• Handle emails, calls, inquiries and staff communications.
• Share updates on hours, reservations, and workflow with departments.
• Process folios, billing, refunds, and secure lost cards.
• Advise guests on room types, rates and availability to boost revenue.
• Coordinate valet and luggage storage with bell/butler.
• Participate in daily shift briefings.
