Soho House is seeking a guest-facing Bell/Concierge professional for our Miami Beach property. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage and arrivals, and provide information about the club and local amenities. A strong emphasis on professional presentation and superior guest service is required.

The role supports smooth operations, participates in daily briefings, and upholds Soho House standards, while offering opportunities for career development within a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bell service duties: luggage handling, luggage storage, message and mail delivery.
• Greet guests and members, assist with entry and luggage, and escort to rooms as needed.
• Attend team meetings and stay informed about hours, outlets, events, and access restrictions.
• Act as a brand ambassador to discuss services, events, and promotions with members and guests.
• Support sales through relationship-building and proactive guest service.
