Job summary

Soho House & Co seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome members and guests, manage hotel check-ins, and assist with inquiries and reservations across amenities. You will handle payments, balances, and communicate updates to teams in a fast-paced club environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, multitasking ability, and familiarity with hospitality tools like OpenTable or Salesforce. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar or customer service role.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Experience with hotel or hospitality software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members, guests, and staff with warm, high-quality service.
• Perform concierge duties including booking cars, tickets, reservations, and spa services.
• Manage emails, print/scan documents, and handle room check-ins for hotel guests.
• Communicate updates on hours, reservations, and policies to all departments.
• Address accounting inquiries, process folios, disputes, refunds, and secure payment methods.
• Discuss Soho House amenities, room types, rates, and availability to boost revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate valet and luggage storage support with bell staff or butler.
• Participate in daily shift briefings and maintain professional phone etiquette.
