Qualifikationen

• Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit and perform essential job functions.
• Ability to work swing shifts AM/PM/Overnight.

• Greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel.
• Upsells rooms and promotes hotel services, amenities, and F&B outlets.
• Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions and maintain cash security.
• Answer phones promptly and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Assist guests with check-out payments or charges and provide concierge-like assistance.
