North Point Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate for Homewood Suites by Hilton Savannah Historic District in Savannah, GA. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle billing, and respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years' experience in hotel front desk desired.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests on arrival.
• Manages check-in, check-out and billing processes.
• Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and payments.
• Responds to guest inquiries and resolves complaints promptly.
• Meets in-service requirements and follows policies.
• Performs general administrative functions (phones, emails, Kipsu).
