North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking an attentive Front Desk / Night Auditor candidate in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on guest check-in/out, accurate postings, and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include balancing accounts, auditing postings, and handling guest inquiries with a professional, friendly approach. Prior hospitality exposure is preferred and a stable schedule is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Email and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations and maintaining composure.
• Flexible rotating schedule and ability to attend mandatory meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Registers guests.
• Checks out guests and settles accounts.
• Provides general information to guests (directions, hours, etc.).
• Balances and audits Front Office postings and settlements.
• Updates daily checklist and guest history.
• Balances all credit cards and charges from all shifts.
• Closes POS system and balances room charges from outlets.
• Starts close-out process and distributes Night Audit packets.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service and exceeds guest expectations.
• Takes ownership of guest complaints and resolves them quickly.
