Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Windows, Excel, Email and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations with composure.
• Flexible rotating schedule and ability to attend mandatory meetings.
• Professionalism and guest-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Registers guests.
• Checks out guests and settles accounts.
• Provides information to guests (directions, hours, etc.).
• Balances and audits all Front Office postings and settlements.
• Updates daily checklist and guest history.
• Balances all credit cards and room charges from all shifts.
• Closes the food and beverage POS system and balances room charges.
• Starts close-out process and distributes Night Audit Report Packets.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and resolves guest complaints quickly.
• Communicates guest needs to other teams.
