North Point Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate for Homewood Suites by Hilton Savannah Historic District in Savannah, GA. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle billing, and respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

We offer a welcoming team, reliable schedule, and opportunities to grow in hospitality. The pay range is $16.00-$17.00 per hour, with on-site work and standard benefits.

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Uses technology to ensure best guest experience
• Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
• Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes.
• Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions.
• Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with sensitivity.
• Meets all in-service requirements, complies with all system policies and procedures.
• General administrative functions to include answer front desk main lines, respond to Kipsu, and email correspondence.

North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we’ve worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we’ve built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million.
