Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United States seeks a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from check-in to checkout, share information about the resort and area attractions, and provide room rate quotes and reservations.

You'll balance cash transactions, process folios, and guide guests with a helpful, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. This role offers benefits and opportunities within a global hospitality team.

Qualifications

Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
Balance cash receipts and complete cashier responsibilities.
Complete check-out procedures and verify correct charges/credits in guest folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups; provide room rate quotes.
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and completely.
