Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel/front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using computer systems and hotel software.
• Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth from arrival through departure.
• Handle check-in/check-out, room assignments, and registration.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer recommendations on local attractions and dining.
• Process reservations and communicate hotel services confidently.
• Resolve issues with empathy and coordinate with leadership when needed.
• Explain folios, post charges, and manage front office transactions.
• Maintain records, notes, and guest information with confidentiality.
• Support team during peak times and stay aligned with hotel policies.
