Hotel Kansas City, part of Hyatt, invites you to join our front desk team in the heart of downtown Kansas City. As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome guests, check them in/out, and ensure a warm and seamless stay from arrival to departure.

You will recommend local attractions, coordinate with housekeeping, and maintain accurate guest records while upholding privacy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel/front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the Front Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth from arrival to departure.
• Handle check-in/check-out, room assignments, and registrations.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process payments and manage guest folios accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.
