Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous cash handling experience required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency with hotel software and computer systems
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for guests
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
