Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register rooms, and respond to inquiries in line with brand standards. You will handle check-ins, payments, reservations, and basic housekeeping and safety duties as needed.

The role requires prior customer service experience, familiarity with PMS systems, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will balance accounts, assist during peak periods, and contribute to elevated guest satisfaction and smooth front desk operations

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Process payments and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Handle messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
