Job summary

The American Cancer Society in Boston is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests, manage front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming and safe environment. This role handles check-in/out, inquiries, and coordinates transportation.

The position offers $19.50 per hour, Sunday through Wednesday shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with regular hospitality responsibilities and opportunities to support guests and volunteers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• 1Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources.
• 2Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules.
• 3Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies.
• 4Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records.
• 5Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols.
