Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting guests and coordinating check-in/check-out processes. You will respond to inquiries, manage transportation arrangements, and support safety and security in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/out procedures (30%).
• Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%).
• Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%).
• Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%).
• Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%).
