Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests.

The role encompasses front desk operations, guest services, and performance-driven teamwork in a hospitality setting. The position offers an hourly rate dependent on experience, with benefits for full-time employees including medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, and access to DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: Reservations, renewals, check-ins and check-outs; review front office paperwork.
• Guest Services: Meet guest needs, conduct tours for prospects, fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: Manage washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens; keep laundry area tidy.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; stock cleaning supplies."
• Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales to increase occupancy.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
