Epicurean Hotel in Tampa seeks an energetic Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm, professional check-in experience and coordinate with Bell Services and Concierge. You will be the first impression of the property and support guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, arranging transportation, processing payments, and sharing local recommendations, while upholding confidentiality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate tech devices (computers, tablets, iPads) and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out check-in for hotel guests and escort to rooms according to preferences.
• Interact with guests professionally and share hotel knowledge.
• Assist guests with luggage needs.
• Produce room keys and ensure guest confidentiality.
• Respond to inquiries, arrange travel and reservations.
• Provide local information for shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreation.
• Verify charges and collect payments for stays.
• Coordinate between Housekeeping and Front Desk.
• Report suspicious activity or irregular behavior to the manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
