Job summary

Arbor Lodging is a leading hotel investment and management company with properties across the United States. The Front Desk Agent will greet guests, register them, verify reservations and assist with inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless stay.

The role involves assisting with reservations, room blocking, group arrivals, upselling services, and handling payments while coordinating with other departments. A friendly, proactive team member is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel reservations software and Microsoft Windows.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor; willing to go the extra mile.
• Positive, upbeat demeanor; excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests in a friendly manner.
• Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
• Assist large groups upon arrival.
• Upsell facilities and services.
• Process payments and balance cash/credit at end of shift.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve guest concerns.
• Perform all check-out tasks.
