Arbor Lodging is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and assist with reservations at our properties in the United States. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy with payments, and upselling services.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, prior front desk or hotel experience, and strong communication skills, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Medical and retirement benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with guest check-in/check-out and payment processing preferred.
• Experience with hotel reservations software preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor; customer service oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented and able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly manner.
• Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
• Assist large groups upon arrival.
• Help guests find dining, shopping, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest issues promptly.
• Process payments according to procedure.
• Upsell facilities and services.
• Handle check-out tasks and balance cash/credit at shift end.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve guest requests.
